Can I get an invoice and pay by bank transfer?
Yes, you can pay for an Organization account with a bank transfer. If you prefer that payment option, get your quote first and choose to pay by invoice while you approve your quote. Get your quote here.
Can I send a PO and pay by check?
Unfortunately, we do not accept checks as we cannot exchange them in the Netherlands. We can accept POs, but the payment must be made using a Credit Card or Wire transfer. If you want to use a PO during the purchasing process, get a personalized quote first and choose to pay by submitting a PO while you approve your quote. Get your quote here.
What payment methods are available?
All individual Pro subscriptions can be paid by credit card or debit card. Please visit the PayPal checkout page to complete your payment if you prefer to purchase your Pro subscription using PayPal. Do you offer a free trial of a Pro account?
Yes, you can start a 14-day trial of Classroomscreen Pro to test out all the features for free.Is Classroomscreen Basic completely free?
Yes, we offer a free plan. With a Classroomscreen Basic account, you can use our platform for as long as you want with as many classrooms as you need! If you wish to access more features, such as saving your screens, we also offer a $36 annual Pro plan.
Is Classroomscreen a one-time payment?
With a Classroomscreen Pro subscription, there will be an annual payment that renews automatically. But, you can cancel it at any time on the subscription page in your dashboard while maintaining access to the Pro features until the end of your billing period.
Do I pay in euros or US dollars?
All European customers pay in Euros. UK customers pay in Pound sterling. Customers outside of Europe pay in US Dollars.
Is sales tax and VAT included?
The price includes sales taxes and VAT. Whether taxes are mentioned on your invoice depends on your location.
Will you store my credit card information?
We do not see or process your credit card information. All credit card payments are handled by our payment providers Stripe and Paddle to maximize security.
Will my subscription be renewed automatically?
If you purchased Classroomscreen Pro with a Credit Card, your subscription will automatically renew annually. You can stop it at any time by canceling on the subscription page. You will receive an email notification 7 days before the renewal date reminding you of the upcoming charge unless you cancel the subscription.
What if I change my mind?
If you wish to cancel within 14 days from the purchase (or renewal) date, you will receive a full refund.
